 All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number placed on the outside of the package as well as the original invoice. Please check the reason for return in the appropriate box which can be located at the bottom of the invoice. To process your return and receive an RMA number, please visit our returns page. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns.

You have 14 days upon receipt to set up your RMA for a refund.

Items worn cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Sneaker Warz will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

Your return must be shipped within 3 days of the RMA being generated. You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit
